Best experience I've ever had renting a condo. Service was excellent and condition of unit was top notch, Cannot beat the location and amenities, We brought extended family for Christmas vacation and were impressed by the condition and equipment available in the condo.

The development is well maintained and groomed daily, Pool area was clean, deck chairs in good condition. Best of all... no drunken partiers - this is an upscale condo complex and everyone seems to respect the rules,

Snorkelling was good - though little coral - most sand flats and grass beds - but we dis see needle fish, trumpet fish, angel fish, sculpins, flounder, huge starfish and the odd barracuda,

Gate staff was helpful and the condo owner was very helpful in arranging local concierge and maid/cleaning staff ( included in price).

We would rent here again in a heartbeat.

I’ll be back! Amazing condos right on the beach close to the reefs! Very quiet great internet. This was perfect for family vacation.
Kitchens were awesome for cooking, ac was cold and the showers were hot! We slept a family of 5 with ease!

I can't say enough good about this place! If you are thinking about booking...just go ahead and do it. It's beautiful! We stayed in a studio unit 5110. The grounds and the pool are very nice. Our room opened to the beach. The bed was comfy and had everything in the room you need. Our housekeeper, Veronica, even cooked dinner for us one night. It was tamales and pork with guacamole and pico. Very good! The room was just the right size for two! If you dive (we don't) then there is a pier where the boats will pick you up right there. You prob need to rent a car. It's 8 miles from town. We didn't rent one and prob should have. We hired a taxi drive named Manuel that came every time we needed to go somewhere. He even had us to his home to eat dinner. There aren't many places to eat within walking distance of this place. You can walk down the beach about 100 meters to Carlos and Charlie's. It wasn't too good in my opinion. But nevertheless it's close. There also is a taco shack that is unbelievable right up the road. It's also about 100 meters from the guard at the front of the condos. Turn left, and walk past secrets aura then it's under the cell tower. Try the sopa so good!
Love love love this place!!!

We stayed in #5240, second floor, a two bedroom/two bathroom unit on the beach and next to the pool. What a wonderful experience for us as we usually travel to higher end all inclusive resorts. This unit had every single thing you might need from beach towels, to snorkel fins, to a lime press (yummy margaritas were made). The condo is spacious and very comfortable with a wrap around balcony. It was perfect on those windy days where it would have been uncomfortable on the beach but not on the balcony on the beach! The views were spectacular and everything was as advertised by the owner, Barbara. The water is purified, but bottled water may be more to your liking; no problem just load up at the Mega store or there is a small and I mean very small mini mart walking distance on the road across from the Secrets that has bottled water, drinks and a taco stand. Additionally there is another taco stand closer on the street called Don Chely which also has great food and open for breakfast and lunch. The beach clubs are walking distance to the condos also for drinks, food, and fun. These are all only open until about 5:00 however, so dinner is either cooked within your gorgeous kitchen, Room Service delivery from any restaurant in town or explore many of the most awesome restaurants throughout Cozumel. If you like beer, make sure you go see Juan at La International, a beer bar that serves a huge variety of Mexican and other wonderful, unique beers. New Especias and Sal de Mar were also a couple of great restaurants we encountered on our nights out. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we really missed nothing from the all inclusive resort. It was perfect being able to make our own pot of hot delicious coffee, enjoy fresh pastries acquired from the Cozumel stores and have a leisurely morning on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Ahhh, heaven in Cozumel!

Room Tip: Best beach location

OK...we stayed in 5100, which is first floor, 70' from the beach. It was an amazing place, 3 bedrooms, everything you could want and then some. 3 of us were diving and all we had to do was show up at the adjacent dock and get picked up...easy right?!. I'm already planning my next trip here. The snorkeling off the beach is "ok" , saw barracudas, several fish, lobsters, and lion fish...totally worth it...oh, and did I mention, the pools are to die for and watching the crabs navigate to the ocean and back is a dream! Also, RENT A CAR, so you can explore the island!

Room Tip: room 5100 is 70' from the beach...who could ask for more?!
