Serious safety incident
I absolutely hate this hotel, my experience was horrible and I would NEVER go back. The food was disgusting and only two restaurants were good. AND on top of that one of the restaurants ended up DRUGGING me and other members of my family, the waiter was so creepy and kept asking us about where we were going what room we were in, etc. The beach and pool were the only part of the hotel that was good. The rooms were okay, the bed wasn't all that soft, and I ended up having to wait now whole hour for towels and a TV remote the first bday because when we checked in and got out room it came with none of these items. The view was okay but nothing you can get somewhere else. The service was bad, only two of the waiters we encountered were nice, but everybody else had some type of attitude and was disrespectful. THEY HAVE NO ROOM SERVICE WHAT SO EVER not for free nor for money EWWWW. Their hours are also sooo bad because we wanted to get ice cream and they closed the ice cream shop @ 6 pm, like what? Also like in other reviews the restaurants are mostly closed most of the time so if you are hungry you better figure it out yourselves cuz they don't care. Anyway never go there, don't even look towards there, for this just stay home because whoever made those restore is looking to ruin Mexico for you.

room towels were not replaced when left on ground like the sign says, mini bar not restocked unless you call front desk, air conditioning could not keep up it was not that hot the week we went and it still couldn't get below 75f, toilet doesn't flush well, called front desk for new towels but never came, beach towel huts were not open some days and when they did open they ran out quickly. We brought a double stroller and there is no ramp to get to other resort either 2 flights of steps or walk thru the beach. There is an app to book restaurant dinners but you cannot book them you just send in requests, so many times our "booking" was not confirmed. The restaurants ran out of some foods just about every day, they also reuse the same food for the next day which makes some food dry out and not eatable. We had heavy ran one day and the elevator pit was full of water, when you took the elevator to the bottom floor water would come thru the floor! they let the elevators run all day like that, I only used them one time and had to walk up 6 flights of steps because I didn't want to put myself or my family in danger. I am sure I am forgetting a couple things but the resort is just falling apart with leaks everywhere from air conditioning units, plaster falling down, they fix it by placing a bucket on the ground and it was there all week.

Me and my family have been to Cancun at least 10 times and have stayed at different hotels each time. This hotel was at the bottom of my list and I usually don't like leaving negative reviews but just getting basic things like bath towels was an issue. The cleaning people would take the towels from the room and not replace them. They advertise like 9 restaurants but half of them were closed daily, this made it harder to book a reservation for the sit down restaurants. The buffet food was not good. Most the staff didn't seem to want to be there and only were friendly when trying to get you to go to the "90min breakfast" which is a timeshare scheme that last half the day (don't do it). The rooms are very out dated and I saw a roach once in our room when we first arrived. I didn't see a Kids club as well. The pool and beach were ok. If you like waves at the ocean though there are none in this area.

Room tip: There are much better hotel options at this price point.

We enjoyed Cancún. It was our very visit to Mexico and we had our 2 toddler boys🤯 that won’t stop running around. The place was safe and comfortable. We also ware able to find a Nany even tho our request was last minute and she was amazing! Our older son asked even after we left. ‘ where is my new friend’🥰. We loved our stay all in all.

All inclusive is name sake as most restaurants are difficult to get reservation or the ones without reservation has poor quality food and long lines (even in non peak month like June). The beach is tucked in at the side so the waves arent there at all to have fun swimming. The beach is tiny and the towel service is below par. They do not open their towel service on time either. Hallways, even for suites, echo a lot and you can hear everything so loud leading to poor sleep. Front desk and bellboys were really good, some restaurants were good if you are lucky to get reservation or go earlier than usual meal times.
