Carlos Santos helped us with many meals, he provided fabulous service, and the food was delicious. The views, pools, night time entertainment, beach and especially the food is all top notch. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to travel to Cancun. Hyatt Zilara is the best.

Everyone in our group had a great time and the service was notably excellent. Fernanda checked in to make sure everything was going well for us everyday. Ivan, quick with the humor and drinks. Carlos and Ricardo at the cafe. Too many good people to mention them all. They all deserve alot of credit for providing a great level of service.

The service here, and the food is absolutely top notch. ABIMAEL helped us with poolside drinks endlessly, and always with a gracious smile. Highly recommend Hyatt Zilara! Ocean view rooms include in-room hot tub next to the balcony. The views are spectacular.

From beginning to end superb! To begin we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality. Enrique checked us in and gave us amazing suggestions on what to get into for my birthday celebration. Hugo and Carlos made sure we were happy every single visit at the poolside restaurant. David and Ivan our pool converge provided topnotch service poolside. Our spa day suggested by Enrique was the most relaxing and liberating day. Our spa attendant Hilda was amazing. I love this resort and I will definitely be back for my next Cancun trip.

We stayed at the Hyatt Zilara from January 10-18th. We chose the Zilara because it is an adults only property. Upon arrival at the Airport we were scammed by some time share people from the Moon Palace (we got our money back but just beware).
Anyway, the good news is we arrived at the Zilara and it is Gorgeous! We booked the King Luxury Suite and stayed in Unit 408. The room was beautiful - direct oceanfront view and immaculate. The Staff at the Hyatt were tireless in their cleaning and sanitation efforts. I felt safer there than anywhere I have been here in the US. The service at the Zilara is impeccable. We were assigned a "welcome ambassador" her Name was Sabina. I cannot tell you how helpful and attentive she was. Every day she checked in with us to make sure that anything we might want was delivered (extra hanger, alcohol, towels, etc.). More importantly, when we had that trouble with the Airport Timeshare people, Sabina did everything should could to help us get our money back.
Now lets talk about the food - it was delish! the Mexican restaurant Marie Maria was wonderful, again the Staff was outstanding! the Japanese restaurant Asiana was equally as good! We had some great shrimp dishes at Pelicanos (dont get the coconut shrimp - the shrimp in Mexico is very dense and delicious - it doesn't fry well). and I ate a TON of the shrimp and the ceviche. I would go back to this resort in a heartbeat !! Almost forgot the massages by the Pool and in the Spa were awesome - I didn't care for the Hydrotherapy room -
