We came following the name of Martin Berasategui, and we were happily surprised by the work of one of his students Ismael Mejías, a young Toledo’s chef who made a delightful dinner.
The menu is full of surprises and incredibly well marinated by the work of Carlos Duarte who carefully selected the wines for a complex menu even with beers in a restaurant that deserves the visit of the Michelin experts and add another star to the collection of Martin Berasategui and of course recognizing the work of the wonderful young chef Mejías.
The service is spectacular and everybody shows the great level of knowledge and professionalism from the main door arrival to the check out.
The fusion of the Mexican products with the ”bien faire” of the chef and all the kitchen workers is a reward.
Martin Berasategui, you should be proud of the success in this Mexican adventure.
