Great value and great staffs! The only thing I would suggest is to updates the rooms and more activities for kids :)

Great trip! 2nd trip to this resort. We stayed at the Premium level. Check in was quick and easy. Didn’t have hot water the first night, suffered through a cold shower, reported it the next morning. Water was fixed the next day. AC worked well in our room, although it wasn’t really that hot outside. Beds and pillows were quite comfy. Food at the buffets was very good. Most of the wait staff were very good. Once they know you tip, you get much better service. Luis and Ishmael were awesome bartenders, fun and personable! Drinks are not watered down. We enjoyed the shows. Beach is nice but both times I’ve been to this resort the waves were pretty rough. Will definitely come back to this resort. Please tip the staff, they work very hard to make your stay enjoyable.

I would recommend anyone to find a different place to stay. All but three people on the staff were kind enough to treat me with respect.

I fell and realized that this establishment is not equipped to handle accidents nor do they keep their word about the most basic accommodations they said they would supply. I had to go back and forth numerous times with staff to ask them to ask the manager to verify that room service would be complimentary since I couldn’t walk. I stayed in my room most of the time with a view of the backside of the mall. Food under cooked.

Just find a different place.
