We were excited to be invited to eat at the Prime Rib House. The team did a really great job preparing everything for us and we felt like VIP’s throughout the entire stay. This night topped it all off and we’re so happy to have chosen Grand Park Royal for our vacation. Special shout out to Chef Darwin Vasconcelos, Jose Mendez, and Rogelio for the great food and service.

Excellent service, ambience, wine and food. Jose Luis Mendez and Chef Darwin Vasconceles were great. Location is great with beautiful beaches. Angel is the greatest butler we have had anywhere. We stayed fir a week and all the restaurants were good, but we particularly enjoyed our last dinner here.

Dinner was phenomenal! Thank you Rojillio and Jose! Our 27th wedding anniversary dinner is one to remember! The wine parings along with each course set to fading light of the Caribbean Sea was enchanting and with only 5 couples in attendance, it was like a personal dinner for two!

This has been my second time visiting the Grand Park Royal Luxury Resort, all because of the great service that I received the first time. I brought my mother for this particular trip for some R&R due to Covid and had to be in for over a year. This was a Mother’s Day gift for my mom. Today is our last day here and as usual, we’re not ready to go back home.

I recommend this resort because of the great service we received each day and night, from the room cleaning to the dining. Everyone was such a pleasure.

If you ever go to Cancun, I do recommend this resort and do ask for Angel, a waiter in the main dining area. He’s such a pleasure to had a your waiter. He help my mom and I and went out of his way to serve us as well.

I recommend Lydia and Lorena, the best room cleaning ladies there. They went out of their way to keep our room clean. Even when we said no service needed, they still went out of their way and cleaned.

Service and customer service; OUTSTANDING!!!!

No air conditioning anywhere except one restaurant that only had about 8 tables. Coffee pot in room didn’t work. Room stayed at 76 degrees and the ocean view room was on the ground level and had to look over a fence to see the ocean.
