I usually like to ready reviews before deciding on a place, and I don't think this place has any reviews so I'm going to write a pretty detailed one to try to help out renters and owner.
Overall great place due to location, cleanliness, and security and I would recommend it.
Negatives of actual condo: beds are very firm and seem more like fulls not Queens, only 2 pillows per bed, and linens low quality. No heating or ac and only one fan for entire apartment. There are blinds but they still let in a lot of light around the edges (I would recommend them purchasing curtains as well). I work nights and am used to sleeping in the day light, but this was bright enough to wake me up every morning. The noise of the construction in the area was also very loud and woke us up at 7am every day as well. You will not be able to sleep in here. The complex itself is very quiet but the construction around is very loud. The furniture is all pretty nice except the couch was worn and torn, but still comfy.
On the first night we arrived late and we were charged a $50 USD late check in fee, but Carlos was there to meet us and was very helpful and kind. It is about 25 minutes from airport. A taxi you purchase in the airport is easiest and safest.
The next day Carlos came back over at our convenience to help us get all set up with the condos security system which is a fingerprint to open doors (which didn't always work, but only once did the staff give us a hard time). There is always multiple staff members in the lobby for security/assistance.
Max as Carlos checked in on us regularly to make sure things were going well.
The condo is very nice, modern, spacious and clean. It was stocked with the basics toilet paper, napkins, solo cups, dish soap, coffee and filters, a few bottles of water, bar soap etc. The complex has a lot of great amenities including gyms, pools, hot tubs tennis courts, great roof top lounge views. My only complaint is that for the hot tubs you have to make a reservation which we did 4 days in advance and when it came to time for our reservation they said they didn't have it. So then they said we could use another hot tub (they have several roof top ones) and when we went to get in it they were putting someone else in it. Luckily he was nice and willing to share.
There is a very very nice grocery store one block away called city market that we went to everyday for coffee and groceries. There are great museums, shopping, restaurants, and sight seeing within walking distance. The area is very "americanized". Anything out of walking distance we used uber and it was easy and safe.
Highly recommend Chapultepec castle and the surrounding park area, soumaya museum, house of el pastor.
Hope this helps, and that you all enjoy Mexico city as much as we did!
