Lots of life and energy, lots of hipsters, cool restaurants, hidden nooks, activities and shops. This is a wonderful and fun place to live. It was heavily affected by the earthquake in september and still has a lot of old buildings which were damaged, but the newer buildings survived well. Great to walk around, safe, and slightly cheaper than Polanco.
