My company booked the whole resort and convention center for a retreat. Overall it was a pleasant experience! There are several restaurants and food options throughout the resort. There are two buffet style and three sit down and order off a menu style. The food was decent! Nothing to write home about, but it wasn't awful either. There are plenty of bars throughout the resort, so if drinking is your thing, this is the place for you (same goes for most all inclusive resorts). If you are someone who gets a lot of mosquito bites, bring bug spray! There are a ton of them by the water and outdoor restaurants. The layout of the resort took a day or so to get used to because not all the elevators take you to the same places, so make sure you find a map. They have a web app you can use to find a map, hours of the restaurants, order room service, and more. The house keeping staff are really attentive and thorough. They always refill the minibar (free) with sodas, beer, and bottled water. If you want/need more, just call the front desk. Most of the bars have soda and bottled water too.
