“Awesome time!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 April 2012

The rooms were pretty basic but very nice, the service was what I will always remember. Specific individuals who were super nice. I did have some things go missing from my room at one point, though I didn't let it affect the trip since I'm a bit of a forgetful person. The food in the area was easily the best part of this trip, besides the ocean of course. I've seen other suggest Marys, and I would as well! Marys Marys Marys as my husband could say! Right down the road, fantastic food. My fave was an odd choice. The egg salad sammich. The best I've ever had! The ice cream shopp next door is good too, and then across the street, the best place for breakfast was Mr Coco's! Can't wait to go back!

Room Tip: Ocean view is fantastic!

We were at the Inn from march 10th through the 18th, (week 10). This was our second time at the Inn at Maz. We love everything about it. We stayed on the 11th floor, of which gave way to a beautiful view. The staff at the Inn are top notch. From the moment our taxi arrives,to the minute we leave is always amazing. The front desk staff are wonderfully professional. The guys that open the doors and assist in taking bags to the room are the best. The resturant has a fantastic menu and perfect staff. The waiters at the pool are wonderful at keeping the drinks comming and making sure you are having the best time ever, thank you Ramon. The maids do a fantastic job, the towel animals are fun.The rooms are very comfortable and quiet.I have been to many other hotels in Maz and The Inn at Mazatlan reins supreme.

We live in Mazatlan, but were purchased a two night stay at a charity auction. We chose to purchase this because the Inn at Mazatlan was our vacation home for many many years.

It was great to be back home again. Parts of the hotel are looking a little tired, but still charming and wonderful. The pool service is outstanding and we are happy to see many of the same servers still working after many years. And my favorite tradition of popcorn at happy hour continues.

The Inn at Mazatlan is perfectly located for a tourist. The beach is very walkable in both directions and every beach activity imaginable is only a few feet away. Walk out the front and you are in the heart of the golden zone with shops, restaurants and nightlife.

Enjoy your stay at the Inn at Mazatlan - we did!

Room Tip: We had a standard room (I think they call it a studio). In the past, we used to get a Junior Suite w...

Dear "jojoishere"

On behalf of all the staff, who many of them you know over the years you have been coming here, I can tell you they were sincerely elated to see your wonderful comments. We have many owners who have chosen to make Mazatlan their second home and purchased long term homes, but they continue to return as our patrons regularly, and we are all pleased with these visits for its part of what the Inn is all about: your home away from home.

Thank you for your very kind comments, and eventhoug your last stay was short, we hope to see you back here soon.
Please let me know when you stop buy next time so I can have the pleasure of meeting you in person.

Kind regards,

LISA BURT

When our family stayed at the Inn at Mazatlan March 3-10, 2012 we were asked for a credit card at check-in, signed it, and the clerk put it in a non-secured file at the front desk. After returning home, three of the six in our group learned that their credit card numbers were stolen, most likely a duplicate card was made, and the theif(s) made several purchases in Mazatlan. As anyone who has a credit card stolen knows, this creates a problem none of us needs.
While we enjoyed our stay at the Inn and the staff was pleasant and helpful, the manager needs to provide far better security for credit card receipts when they are signed at check-in. It appears that any staff member at the Inn would have access to those card receipts if they wanted duplicate them.
