I guess I shouldnt be picky, but when they first opened they had all the right stuff. Thai guy/mexican wife. Sad he didn't show up on any promo photos in the local papers but the mex. family did. As time went on they seemed to go low budget as the prices went up. I refer to the spaghetti noodles instead of Rice noodles. Now I have had the same dish. PUD thai 36 times, It has been correct about 18 of those times. Have no peanuts today, forgot the lime, ran out of thai spice and coated with red chili, china style instead. Lost the basil. I do not know. Now I ask who is cooking. Is it the Thai Guy? do you have all the ingredients for pud thai. please check. They also should have five stars instead of 3. I would like it to be 3 to 4 stars hot. . ask for 3 and its too much ask for 2 and not enough. ask for one and none. Still roll the dice to get my Thai fix. Consistency is the key. Make everything the same way for ever. Folks do not like surprizes when it comes to food.
