Just not very good on the food part, which is why we went. Heard the seafood was great. No, not even good. Well ours anyway. Hubby had coconut shrimp which was large and nicely coated but quite overdone and served with two sauces of indeterminable flavour. The fries with it were of the crimped frozen variety and overdone as well. I had shrimp skewers that saw some decent size shrimp but added only chunks of hard onion and squishy green (I think) peppers. Served splat of coolish rice and glop of shredded lettuce and carrot. Not much flavour to any of it. The view of the water was nice although the setting sun rendered our window table a hot plate. Service from nice lady was the only cause for the one, otherwise a bust.
Must try garlic shrimps with rice, in front of the main beach looking at Manzanillo Bay, stuffed fish is also a very good choice if you are up for lots of seafood
I found there the worse sarandeado in my life, was just a fish fillet drowned in bottle hot sauce, the orange drink that they served, tasted like rotten oranges juice, and the prices where on the sky in comparison of the food quality, also flys all over the place, never coming back.
Had visited this place ling ago and as far as I remember it was better than today. The ocean front view is beautiful and solely worths the visit. Food is simple but well prepared though nothing spectacular and less than I expected. Salpicón and ceviche very good, but not the fish which had plain taste. The place used to be better but I think it still offers traditional local food good enough to pay a visit.
