Pros: Hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly. Weather was amazing. Airport only 5 minutes away.

Cons: No safe in the hotel room. No outlet in washroom to plug in hair tools. Not all staff knew English. Resort seemed empty, not many tourists. No direct access to beach.

This is a top-quality world class hotel with great facilities, food and buffets. The quality of the food is top notch which a few other hotels I've reviewed could begin to take note of. Very good choice indeed at all mealtimes. The only disappointment was having to wear this silly tag around the wrist but all things considered it is a minor issue. I would definitely hire a car but you are close to La Isla shopping centre and restaurants etc but the hotel buffet was superb.

We will definitely come back!

Great hotel staff great price great pool great rooms..and with the dollar as strong as it is well worth it! They have a wave pool that my son loved or just lay out at the normal pool, don't like kids around go to the back of the property and enjoy the adult only pool. There is a shopping center across the street with really good restaurants and good shopping, plus you have to stop by and enjoy the turtle pond. really cool.

We had a company convention at the hotel. Nice hotel but what is missing is the beach you expect when you go Acapulco. Good for companies but absolute NO GO for a vacation. They did purchase the Princess Hotel, which can be used, but you need to take a shuttle for 10 min. Makes no sense if you are looking for a beach vacation.

Stayed at resort over new year 2016-17 for 5 days. Located along the coast south of Acapulco proper. Not a beach hotel. Visiting family in area arrived by car. Large resort very well kept as are most resorts in Mexico. People throughout very friendly as is the custom. Quick parking valet very helpful. Check in very quick. We did not do any meal plan but hotel still wants you to use those annoying bracelets that are used in all inclusive resorts. Not really sure why. Overall pools large, not crowded. Only issue is you have to exit the pool by 8 pm - seems a little early especially with children in a tropical environment - this is not really a good thing. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, café / starbucks available as well. Tried buffet breakfast once - crowded, not great selection, edible.
Rooms clean / nice - modern. My only real issue with the stay was the poor housekeeping - When we arrived no hand towels - minor thing but during our 5 nights they only replaced the small bottle of shampoo once, no towels placed in room twice (where I had to go to administration to complain), coffee mug not changed, water glasses not changed or even moved from where we used them night before. These are minor things but one expects them from high end hotels and frankly not cheap.
Finally one disconcerting thing about these modern rooms is the separation between the bathroom and the room - consists of a sliding partition with holes at the bottom and frosted glass - certainly sound waves carry and leave little to the imagination as does the silhouette behind the frosted panel - so if you are the shy type with your partner and family - beware!
Overall nice hotel - small details as above - not on beach - potentially walking distance but realistically need a car to get there
