My friend and I went on a girls' trip to Todos Santos and booked Casa de los Inseparables for a few nights the first week of May. It is located just outside of downtown Todos Santos and right next door to La Esquina, a popular local café. The property is quite large with a main house, small pool, and organic garden.
The casa is a large studio. The main room contains a king-size bed, twin bed, couch, and large flat screen TV. There is a separate kitchen/dining room and a nice size bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-fi is pretty reliable.
We enjoyed our stay and had fun exploring Todos Santos and nearby beaches. The town itself is undergoing major road work. They are burying the electrical and fiber optic lines and as a result the streets and sidewalks have been torn up, which makes driving and walking a little challenging.
Not sure if I would stay here again. The property is in the "country" and therefore has a local insect and rodent population. If you're squeamish about sharing your space with critters, then a hotel in town might be a better choice.
