Casa Plascencia is the flagship restaurant of the Plascencia family of restaurateurs in Tijuana. The rustically elegant restaurant serves what it calls “Mexiterranean” cuisine - a fusion of Spanish, Italian, Greek and Arab dishes prepared with Baja ingredients and a Mexican touch. Cachete (beef cheek) tacos are what they're known for and trucha zarendeado - trout butterflied, marinated in ancho chili and grilled over mesquite – shouldn’t be missed.
