If you're looking for air conditioned, clean and Mexican food catered to the western palate this is your place. First off I was thrown off by the pictures and heads of deer all over the walls. In addition there was fake grass strewn around. I don't get the concept or the vibe. It's San Felipe for God's sake! A deer/hunting theme?! Odd...
Anyways the food was mediocre. The American items were way overpriced I'm talking 15 to 20 USD for pasta or 10 USD for Caesar
salad? My fiance and I stuck to the seafood plates since it is a beach town. He had fish tacos with rice and beans and I had shrimp tacos with rice and beans (3 to an order). He enjoyed his tacos but my shrimp tacos had this weird soggy tempura batter on them and weren't crispy or seasoned ant all. I do have to say the shrimp was cooked well an tend extremely large.
All in all if you're looking for a clean, air conditioned restaurant with American dishes like hamburgers, pasta and salad on the menu then here is your place.
