As much as property is so good but the staff is pathetic. We didn’t get the service that we expected, after telling them about it yet the staff talks very rude with the guests. For foreign customers their service is on toes. Room check in delay, room service very poor. Only good part was restaurant staff & food & the property. Please make sure the staff knows how to give hospitality to all guests & not biased approach.

Arrival was chaotic with insufficient space on the shuttle boat. Had to wait in the heat for the next shuttle an hour later. Receiving luggage was also delayed by 2 hours. Property is superb and rooms are nice. Pool service was practically non-existent unless you hunt down a staff member or walk to the restaurant each time to order. Several things at the hotel are mismanaged but overall good value during off peak season when we went. Another annoying thing was the keycards kept getting deprogrammed even though kept separate from mobile phones. This happened at least 4 times and required a lengthy walk to reception each time during very inconvenient moments. Buffet breakfast had variety but most items needed improvement. The spa was an oasis and excellent service and products offered.

This hotel has been fantastic. Check in was simple and comfortable. It’s obvious they takes notes on the needs of their guests and stay organized from transfer needs to allergies. Service is on point it’s very clear the staff has been well trained. Hotel is immaculately clean. Our room (spa suite on the 3rd floor with possibly the most beautiful view ever) is gorgeous. Spa is wonderful. We had a fantastic aromatherapy couples massage. Great stay and highly recommend.

Best place to spend some R&R time alone or with friends and family.
Amazing SPA services and one of the best massages I ever had especially the warm shoulder compress provided after the massage is heavenly.
Beach by the hotel is not the nicest but it good to have a nice scroll along the beach to appreciate the sunset and waves sounds.

We are nearing the end of a week long stay at the resort and we really can’t fault the place. It’s paradise, set in the most picturesque beach cove within a national park, it is really a hidden gem. Rooms are very large, like a one bedroom apartment, bed was very comfortable. The pillow menu and the evening turn down service are a lovely touch to our 5 star service. Yes a few things may need a freshen up but it’s nothing that will affect your stay here. I really think people need to consider what effort it is to be able to have such a resort in such an amazing secluded environment before they have a whin about things.
The buffet breakfast is vast, serving up quality ingredients from around the world, it was delicious and a lovely start to the day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our 6 year old son loved the kids club and the activities they did.
The restaurants are high class, serving up authentic delicious food. We loved the pizza at the coast club. A+ Centara team, we enjoyed every minute.
Ps. The monkey trail is fun, we used it daily but requires a certain amount of fitness to go up and down the very steep stairs. Well let at night, takes around 10 mins expect to get hot and sweaty.
