Room was a little dated but it was quiet and the staff was really great. Breakfast was just down the street. Avoid the massage place, it’s a little weird and there are much better and cheaper options.

First the good points: the hotel consists of single storey rooms that have verandas and look out onto lush gardens. It is a quiet location and a short walk to the beaches and restaurants. The rooms are large, the air conditioning is efficient and our bed was comfortable.

The bad points: the shower often doesn’t work due to low pressure. At low tide there is a smell of drains. The furniture in the room is tatty and none of it matches, however the staff are helpful and when we reported a fault it was quickly sorted out. There is a kettle in the room but you have to supply your own refreshments (water is provided daily). The gardens could be tidier.

In a great area, 10 mins to Ao Nang beach and 5 to another! Really cool rooms, air con, get clean towels and water every day! Just really bad WiFi!! Impossible to get in your room for long periods of time!! Helpful staff and very friendly!

This place is very near the action on Ao Nang beach but tucked away nicely in quiet, well kept grounds along a creek.

We had a long day travelling from Bangkok so my wife was very crabby until she saw this place and that cheered her up!

For the reasonable price I wasn’t expecting very much but this place was perfect. Safety box, nice big bathroom, patio, big TV and fridge. Room and bed were clean and fairly modern. AC worked so well I woke up shivering and had to turn it way down

The restaurant at the entrance serves really, really good Indian food as well.

Highly recommended

Reasonable hotel, however we felt that the price of £70 per night which we paid due to it being high season was much too high as the room and facilities were basic. The hotel is also cash only and although we managed to pay via Paypal, they charged us an additional 5% to do so.
Room had an unusual decor and was not very clean. There was a plaster, chocolate wrappers and clothing labels left in the room when we arrived.
Breakfast was poor and not on site.
Location was good, and staff helpful, however I wouldn't stay again.
