What a wonderful find. Too short as we only stayed one night and could have easily stayed a couple more. We treated ourselves to their beautifully appointed suite which was huge and had a little balcony with lovely views. The suite had all you could possibly want (other than perhaps an evening turn down service).
Eating in the restaurant was a delight. I started with 6 oysters then had their cod followed by cheese. My hubbie had skate cheeks followed by beef carpaccio. All absolutely delicious, as was the fabulous brekkie this morning. Just want to go back now.
Also, the audio guide round the castle (next door) is a must.More
