Thankyou for your comments... Im happy to read you had a good stay and a regular visitor with us and will pass on the positive comments to the Resturant Manager.
We stayed for two nights and prepaid for breakfast. The room was fine up to the usual Premier Inn standard, the staff were friendly there just were not enough of them which led to slow service.
When we arrived on the Friday evening there was nobody manning the reception. Several minutes after ringing the buzzer the receptionist came rushing back from the pub apologising that she was having to help out in the restaurant.
Unlike many Premier Inns we have stayed the hot breakfast was delivered via waiter/waitress service rather than buffet. This in itself wouldn't have been a problem except there were not enough staff to cope with the number of diners. The staff were advising diners of a 40 to 45 minute wait for hot breakfast. Several families who arrived for breakfast who were not staying at the Premier Inn decided not to wait. Had we not have prepaid for breakfast we would have eaten elsewhere. We experienced the same issue with slow breakfast service on both the Saturday and Sunday.
The staff who were there were doing their best it just appeared the staffing levels were just far too low.
Thankyou for your comments..Im glad to read that your Hotel stay was up to the standard you expected,I will pass on your comments about the Restaurant to the Manager as its not run by the Hotel.
I stayed here for two nights for a wedding at Long Furlong Barn, which is about 3 miles away from the hotel. Given the decent price of room and pre-booked taxis both ways, staying here still worked out cheaper than staying at hotels closer to the venue.
Parking was free, the room I had was comfortable and clean with a very good shower and the restaurant downstairs was very nice for both dinner and breakfast.
Would thoroughly recommend.

Stayed here one night. Clean well presented and friendly staff- basically what you expect from a Premier Inn. Dined in the restaurant- good. Breakfast also good standard but in the daylight the décor was looked very bashed about and needed a refresh. Apart from the décor issue, you get everything you expect at a Premier Inn, wherever it is.

I stay at premier inns up to half a dozen times a year, and am always happy with the rooms and service ,so looking for a one night stay in Littlehampton there was no hesitation in booking a premier inn
booked two rooms for one night which cost £200 , we really expected the highest of standards for this price , however what we got was a run down tatty room , the room was badly in need of renovation ,the bathroom smelt an, the ceiling paint was flaking with mould around the edges ,the sealant around the skirting looked as if a five year old had done it , and there was no soap in the dispensers .
We went to eat in the restaurant that evening , it looked filthy ,tables not cleared and clearly not enough staff as we were left waiting at the desk for ages , there was also a quiz going on in the bar so a peaceful meal was out of the question. we decided to go elsewhere.
Breakfast was a disaster ! we were greeted by a smug young man who took delight in informing us that just about everything on the menu was unavailable and not to have a go at him as everyone else so far that morning had ,there were no clean mugs ,plates no bread ,no fruit no mushrooms no tomatoes, no croissants etc etc , all for £9.50 !!
this was by far the worst ever premier inn we have ever stayed ,and when I complained I was told that it was a shame we were in the old block , as the new block the rooms were so much nicer !!! brilliant just what I needed to know .at £100 per room this was a disgrace ,premier inn should feel ashamed
Hotel was ok but let down by the restaurant which was dirty and as they hadn’t had a food delivery for days several things were unavailable. Paid for full breakfast but just had a piece of toast. Terrible.
