We book a CS Travel& Tour Bus from Tanah Rata to KL airport on Redbus App for $100 because we didn’t want to transfer at the TBS. It was a the end of the trip and we wanted to go straight to the airport. Everything went well until we got to the TBS.
We were sleeping in the bus and a guy got on the bus and asked if we are going to the airport. The guy said we had to get off so I thought we are getting on another bus from the next platform.
He took us to all the way to the TBS lobby and gave us a ticket from TBS to KLIA with a different passenger’s name on it. The bus ticket also said that our boarding point as Tanah Rata, dropping point at KLIA. And NOTHING mentioned about transfer or other stops in between! He disappeared with other passengers to out of our sight so we missed it. It happened so fast even before we realized what it happened.
In the end, we had to wait for another hour at the bus stop to get to the airport.
We called to the Redbus company to report this.
**If you ever meet a guy at the TBS and tells you to get off,please DON’T TRUST HIM.

We book the Mossy forest half day tour (50 RM) including also tea plantations overview, BOH tea plantations and Factory and a strawberry farm. The tour began at 8h15 and finished AT 1 pm.
We enjoyed a lot this tour and especialy the skill and the kindness of the guide.

I wasn't sure what bus to take when booking bus tickets but i used this one twice and had no problems. Left on time, driver drove safely and buses were clean.

The bus was late due to holiday season and was stuck in Jam. The amazing lady at the counter was able to arrange a quicker transport and saved the day. Extremely grateful to the lady and hope she is awarded for her proffessionalism in her job.
