This is a great pub in a beautiful village. The staff were warm and friendly. Despite being very busy this afternoon, the service was still great. Food lovely and reasonably priced. Lots of outdoor seating surrounded by plants and flowers. Dog friendly too. The Mac ‘n’ Cheese is highly recommended, and if you still have room, go for the warm chocolate brownie with a hefty scoop of vanilla ice cream. And the relaxed summer afternoon was even better with a delicious glass of Pimm’s. Perfect.
