It is a fantastic property. Great view. Spacious rooms and balcony. I had stayed here with family which included people of all age groups and the overall experience was very good. Hygiene and housekeeping is quite up to the mark. Restaurant serves only vegetarian food. Breakfast menu and facility is just OK.
I made reservations in this hotel purely due to its reviews on Make My Trip, didn't find the property registered in Booking.com or Agoda.com. I am not one to take MMT reviews seriously, but after staying at this place, maybe I will. Antariksh Retreat is the absolute dream stay in Lavasa and at nominal prices. However Lady Luck was upon us as we got an upgrade from the Standard to Deluxe room.. The views are amazing, from the window, you get the entire frame of the landscape and the city view, going hand in hand.. The rooms have a touch panel for lights and fans. The beds and sheets were very clean. The washrooms were well maintained. And us, despite being non-vegetarians, did not miss eating meat, as the vegetarian food provided here was mind blowing and was easily the best we have ever had. If you're visiting Lavasa for the first time, maybe you choose the promenade. If not, there is no second thoughts to choosing Antariksh Retreat. Go for it. This place deserves the recognition.
I travelled from Mumbai to Lavasa with family over the past weekend (Feb 9 - 10, 2019) and was fortunate to stay in the Antariksh Retreat for one night. It was a very fulfilling experience. The hotel is quite new and built on a hilltop overlooking the lake. Like most of the houses in Lavasa, it is brightly coloured and looks like a birthday cake sitting on top of a mound. The state-of-the-art rooms are spotlessly clean, and have large windows with a view to die for. The young owner manages the reception himself, and he and his team of young staff members are all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is strictly vegetarian and non-alcoholic.Their cooking is reasonable, but there is room for improvement.The veg sizzler is perhaps the best dish. They have a wheelchair and a lift, making it friendly for aged and handicapped people. They also have a nice parking lot and a small room for chauffeurs of hired cars to sleep at night. Altogether, a very nice place and I definitely want to go there again.
We stayed at The Antariksh Retreat from 30 December to 1 January for new year celebration. Facilities and staff truly exceeded our expectations. Property is newer and neatly maintained. Hotel location, on the mountain facing toward Lavasa city and lake view is really appealing. Our room (307 & 308) was very specious and view from balcony was mesmerising. Hats off to Mr. Dipak and team Antariksh for making us feel incredibly welcome and ‘at home’ during our stay.
