I read the reviews on trip advisor and decided to book with Sugar Adventure's about 2 weeks prior to my trip. I sent an email with the date I would like to go and number of people in my party. I received a prompt response from Ophelia who advised me that a tour was on the day I requested and sent me the credit card form to complete

I was staying in Nassau during my stay in the Bahamas and continued emailing Ophelia trying to get a little more information on how things would work with me flying in for the day, I received further emails with one word replies not answering any of the questions I had asked. I thought maybe it could be down to a language barrier or misunderstanding.

I was trying to organise a flight to Exuma (Georgetown) and really wanted to confirm the trip would go ahead before I booked a flight there.

Ophelia's emails improved with details once the credit card form was complete and she assured me that I would be picked up from the airport, complete the tour and back to the airport on time for our flight.

Two days before my trip I received any email from Ophelia to call her ASAP, I called within 15minutes of receiving the email and no one answered, I called sporadically throughout the day about 15 times, leaving multiple voicemails!!

I emailed multiple times and requested she call me or email me ( I would have accepted a bloody smoke signal)

After 2 days of calling a male person answered the phone, I asked for Ophelia who wasn't available. I told him the situation and he told me my trip had been cancelled due to bad weather and to call his mate who would take us out?? ( the weather must ok for this mate)

I can accept bad weather could have been the reason for a cancellation but I guess Ophelia will never contact me again and let me know.

The only contact I will get from them will be on this review so they can defend their poor service so people continue to book with them

Sugar and Ophilia made this tour the best ever. The service was excellent and their knowledge was on point. Sugar dove conch and made FRESH conch salad, speared a lobster and a couple fish for us to feed the sharks with. The food at the Staniel Cay Yacht Club was awesome as well. Overall, the trip was worth wayyy more than the price-tag. It's a must for anyone travelling to Exuma to have Sugar take them on this full day tour. I would recommend Sugar Adventures 1,000,000 times.

I highly recommend this tour company. The captain and the helper where very informative. Lunch was awesome. The boat wasn't crowed like others. Definitely worth the money.
