Pros: beautiful resort with so many pools and a super amazing water park. There is something to do for everyone of all ages here. Workers are friendly and gracious with service. We ate at Marcus, Cleo, and Fillia and all were very good. I usually hate resort food, generally it’s on par with Cheesecake Factory but Baha Mar food was quite a bit above. The one food exception was the breakfast buffet. The food didn’t taste very good and the selections never changed.

We had a beautiful room with a beautiful view (a bit more on this later). We were on the 19th floor. We went with kids and they looked forward each day to the flamingo parade and they were so exhausted after the water park they fell asleep at dinner!

Cons: so I am a globalist with quite a few previous stays and even more future stays booked. Check in was quick, efficient but I was denied an upgrade at check in. The lady doing the check in told me they were sold out of all their rooms but the app still had upgraded rooms available. Before anyone slaps their forehead and says we’ve all become complainers I was merely asking for a room with a furnished balcony, not the grand suite or whatever. Anyway, I’m not pushy so I just said ok and went on my way. The first room we had was mediocre at best with one sink vanity and to my consternation a Juliette balcony of all things.

Needless to say the first day I was going to give this resort 1-2 stars. To my further dismay the toilet wasn’t working well. One of the buttons didn’t work at all and the other only worked about half the time. TLDR: I had to call maintenance three times and complain three times over about 1.5 days to finally be moved to a room with a fully functional toilet. The second room was gorgeous with a great view, nice balcony to hang out on, updated decor, AND a dual sink vanity. Finally I was happy (even though I had to pack and then unpack again). Anyway the change made our stay.

One other thing to note was the pools were freezing. The temp made it impossible to swim for long and even my kids couldn’t take it.

Don't waste your money. This place may boast multiple eateries, tons of pools and a casino, but the prices are outrageous, the service is terrible and it's downright a clown show here.

After stepping in human feces in the bathroom at one of the restaurants, we were completely ignored by the staff and left to deal with it on our own. I sure hope someone cleaned it up! This place is gross

My mom and I had the best experience! We went for the Culinary and Arts Festival and can't wait to go back again next year. Our most notable experience was at the H20/Palm. Charles Fox went above and beyond from day one! This was the first place we went upon arrival and it is where we ended out stay with breakfast as well. Best margaritas and service thanks to Charles!
