Still lovely in many ways, but breakfast now is semi self service with the fruit salad served in a plastic cup. Help yourself to coffee etc. More airline than luxury hotel. Prices still the same about $90 for 4.
As a regular it’s disappointing but I guess the tourists will keep coming.

Have just ended a wonderful 5 day visit to the Island House - the perfect and secluded hideaway when visiting family and friends in the area.

Room: Beautifully appointed and spacious. Marina view with a King Size bed is worth the price. Bed is comfortable, lighting is serene and the desk and plug locations are perfect (this coming from a business traveller who hates when things don’t make sense in terms of design).

Bathroom: Wow! Spa like. Amazing walk in shower and standing tub. Bamford spa products make you feel like you’re away pampering yourself. Great his and hers sinks.

Pool: Instagram worthy! Photos say it all.

Food: Well prices and delicious. I’d recommend the ravioli at Mahogany and the morning lattes at the Coffee Bar after a workout.

Excited already about my next visit!

Only issue that could be improved: room service takes a while, but the friendly staff make up for it.

This hotel is perfect for someone who wants to feel like they are hanging out at home with other friendly guests and visitors. A whole different kind of vibe.

The property looked stunning online and the reviews were pretty great. We arrived - no one greeted us. We had to ask for help with our bags. The staff were charmless, verging on rude. The only exceptions were Garvin and Rodney in the cafe who were brilliant. The rooms are super comfy and spacious and the pool is great but the staff were SO unfriendly and we didn't feel properly welcome at all.

Fabulous luxury hotel. Excellent gym facilities and swimming pool. Helpful staff and nice bars and places to eat. Location is on north west corner on New Providence Island so a little isolated. However if you like resort type stays there is probably no need to leave the hotel grounds.

An excellent place to stay with a lovely restaurant and good breakfast place. I visited here on business, but only stayed for 1 night. However, the room was very nice with a grand bathroom. The hotel service was very friendly. The swimming pool looked inviting. And the atmosphere was very relaxed. I would definitely stay here again for business or pleasure.
