“Fantastic Resort!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 August 2012

From the minute we arrived, our vacation was spectacular. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, greeting us in the lobby with complementary drinks and getting us situated into our gorgeous suite. The ocean views were incredible to wake up to each morning, and the days by the pool/beach were so relaxing. A great vacation, and I can't wait to go back!

Room Tip: One of the most beautiful resorts I've ever been to. Easily the nicest one I've stayed at o...

My husband and I visited the Turks and Caicos for the first time at the end of June to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. It is a trip I will remember for the rest of my life. We booked Seven Stars after reviewing Trip Advisor and finding so many favorable comments. We were not disappointed! The place is a mini-Paradise. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very cordial and friendly staff who offered us rum drinks and soothing cool towels while we waited for our room. When they heard we were celebrating a special anniversary, they promptly placed us in an oceanview room on the top floor. The room was beautiful, new and clean with a magnificent view of the ocean and pool. Throughout our stay, the extremely friendly staff was always there to take a drink order, provide us with a cold bottle of water, set up our towels and chairs on the beach or pool and serve our every need. The hotel itself is beautiful, as was the stretch of beach and lovely saltwater pool. We ate at several of the restaurants on the premises and were not disappointed. The island in general is a bit pricey but worth every penny. We were also a short walk away from a mini shopping area which surprised me with its level of cleanliness and nice goods. The people were always amazing, always friendly. We didn't partake in any water sport activities nor excursions as our trip was brief and we just wanted to decompose. But there were plenty available for those who like adventure. All in all, a wonderful trip. I would definitely go back and would definitely stay at Seven Stars again.

Room Tip: If you can get an oceanview room, you will be dazzled by the beautiful turquoise waters.

We had our wedding/honeymoon on the island and are so happy we decided to stay at Seven Stars! We could write a short book on all the things we loved about this place, so we're going to try to only share our highlights with you.
1. As soon as we walked out of the airport doors, there was a dedicated Seven Stars rep. there to greet us, who was very welcoming and friendly. He arranged for our transportation back to the resort. (As a side note, don't expect a private taxi. They are shared vans that fit 6 people for the $13pp.)
2. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted with cold towels and an AWESOME, I mean AWESOME, rum punch! Very friendly staff from the moment we walked up, from the bellhops to the concierge to the front desk.
3. Resort is pristine, immaculate, clean and on the best stretch of beach. Water was like glass and unbelievably warm.
4. THE BEST bar food we've ever had. Some might balk at $13 for a chicken caesar wrap with fries, but trust me, it was worth every penny, not to mention that it was served to us as we were laying in our lounge chairs on the beach.
5. The massages are pricey, but a nice way to treat yourself if you're looking to indulge a bit.
6. Breakfast at the Seven was good, but might have been the only thing we wouldn't give a top score to. There could've been a bit more variety for the buffet and staff, although pleasant, seemed to lack the enthusiasm that was displayed throughout the rest of the resort. We would also say the same for "some" of the night staff at the oceanside bar.
7. Great heated pool if you're looking for a change from the ocean.
8. Concierge and staff were extremely helpful with anything and everything we needed, including making dinner recommendations/reservations. (You must try Mango Reef at Sunset and Coco Bistro for dinner.)
9. In terms of accommodations, we've stayed in places that are similar, but this place is just magical. Yes, the rooms, views and sunsets have a lot do with it, but the staff really put this place on top! Keep up the great work!

We did mention that we got married and have to give credit to THE MOST AMAZING PHOTOGRAPHER, as well. Jon Nickson from Eyespice Photography is a master at what he does! From our first conversation to the very end of our shoot, his talent was obvious. Do not look any further for a photographer if you need while you're in Provo.

Lastly, we ordered our flowers from The Flower Girl, who was a fraction of the price that one of the other island competitors wanted for the same arrangement. They were friendly and actually exceeded our expectations.

We are happy to say that Provo, and Seven Stars, will now be one of our annual vacation spots!

This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos. 7/23-7/31/2012 My family and I were very pleased. We were greeted like old friends and the staff asked us our first names. Believe it they new us the next day and all eight days of our vacation. Our accomadations consisted of 2 bedroom suite/condo on the 4th floor of the Alhena building. It was impeccable. The beach was a dream and the weather perfect.Food on the island is not inexpensive but the results were fantastic. We had a full kitchen and stocked it for lunch and snacks. Breakfast buffet was included for us and while repetitive is was a good buffet. The two differnt beach barbecues thrown by the hotel were tasty and loads of fun. Beach bonfires by the hotel added some charm and romance as well. We also did a snorkeling and snuba excursion through the hotel. BOt trips were fun and we saw so much. Next trip parasailing for sre. We will definetly return.

We just returned from a 9 day stay at the Seven Stars Resort. I had high hopes for this trip and Seven Stars did not disappoint. The staff were the best, especially Lila, Beatrice and the guys at the water sports shack. We especially loved the fact that so many things were included in the price of the hotel. Kids club, water sports, sand toys and more. We definitely did not feel like we were nickel and dimed. The hotel is also perfectly located right across the street from a wonderful grocery store and in walking distance to several very good restaurants and shopping. The highlight of our trip was the half day snorkel cruise that we booked through the hotel. Captain Carti and Rodney were the best, very professional and very fun. They made our day on the boat a special experience. Cannot wait to go back to the Seven Stars!
