I love it here and have stayed on two separate ocassions for a week (which is not enough!). The villa is as beautiful and impressive as the photos suggest. It's cleverly designed and manages to balance pure luxury with a laid-back party feel. It has everything you need for a beach holiday. The pool water is just the right temperature to cool down from the heat and if you want more of a swim you can head down to the sea for a dip/snorkel on the reef. The beach deck is also a great place for sunset drinks. The beds are super comfy and my favourite rooms are the ones with outdoor showers (the green and blue rooms). As for location, the bars/restaurants of Turtle Cove and Grace Bay are within walking distance. I don't think I've ever stayed somewhere that's both swanky and relaxing in equal measure. I can't recommend the place enough.
This home is absolutely beautiful! There is plenty of room if you are staying with a large group of people. Each "pod" is a perfect size with a private outdoor shower. The outdoor showers are wonderful! You get to experience the beautiful weather while showering in a private tropical environment. Right outside of my pod is a beautiful lagoon where we could lounge in the afternoon with a cocktail. The beach and the pool are just a few steps away. The doors to the kitchen, living room, and dining room open up to give the feel of being outside without having to be in the sun. This house is absolutely beautiful and very versatle, it adapts to everyone's needs. Writing this review makes me want to go back! I absolutely loved my trip to turtle breeze villa and I would definitely go back!

We were fortunate enough to be able to spend a week at Turtle Breeze Villa with my husbands family in August of 2012 and had a fantastic time there. The two pool areas meant that the kids could splash and play in one area, and the grown-ups could relax, read and chat in another without issue - if we all wanted to meet at the pool bar from an afternoon cocktail there was room for everyone :)
The beach was under 100 steps away along a wooden boardwalk from the villa to the sand (I kept meaning to count the exact number - guess I will have to go back!). The sand there is lovely, great snorkeling in the reef area in front, and the sea the most incredible turquoise color.
We found the villa to be well equipped with enough of everything to cook for 12 people easily. My favorite place to sit was under the tiki-roof at a breakfast table with just stunning views. The villa has wifi so we could all stay as connected as we wanted to, TV's in the living room and all the bedrooms and a perfect spot by the lagoon for the kids to play Uno in the shade.
Cannot say enough about the finishes this villa has, no expense or detail has been overlooked - it really was a paradise. The nice thing about the location is that although the sand is not as lush as father up Grace Bay beach, it is away from the crowds and larger hotels - plus within walking distance to Turtle Cove Marina which has some restaurants and a coffee shop.
Something to consider when you factor in your expenses - you absolutely need to rent a car to get groceries etc, and the local Graceway grocery store is a zoo on a Saturday afternoon (Don't say I didn't warn you!)
