Provence was recommended to us by neighbours here in TCI and we went there with another couple for dinner. Service was terrific...very attentive and pleasant. The scallops as appetizer were the best ever tasted. 2 of us had the lamb and the others had sea bass and lobster. We were all very impressed.
You won’t find Provence listed in the local magazine yet...it’s too new. But trust me...it’s here to stay!!!

Thank Peter S

Went on speck after visiting grace bay a few days ago, friendly staff and owners really interesting food combinations cooked to perfection with amazing number of wines by glass first visit but will be back. A must do restaurant on any trip to Turks and Caicos.

I had lunch here twice while staying in Provo. Both were excellent. The second was brunch on Sunday. I had poached eggs over spinach and my husband had flank steak. Delicious I also bought bake good that were great. Staff is friendly and prices are more than fair. When in Provo, don’t miss Provence!

although already 7 months old, Provence is a very different vibe than any other restaurant we went to in Provo this time round.
Chef Eric is wrapped by a large table that seats 15 to 20. We sat at the last 2 seat near the most active last station and conversed off and on with Chef.

The amuse bouche was a wasabi and cauliflower panna cotta with a bit of salmon ceviche on top. Unusual and delicious.
Apps were wonderful gnocchi sarde with octopus, scallops, and another shellfish we have forgotten, and delicious scallop ceviche.
Pork 2 ways, one a perfectly cooked boneless chop and the other …. uh sorry, brain failure. But it was delicious as well and tender and juicy.
The other entree was taglionlinni with 6 perfect shrimp in light butter.

The menu is quite varied and all other dishes we saw delivered looked like great contenders as well.

I had a very nice Tempranillo, warm and full bodied that went well with the pork.

For dessert, we had creme brulee (which I never pass up) and gateau royal aux noisettes. Both were slamming delicious and light. A glass of Massenez Calvados and a couple of capps completed the evening. We walked away not feeling stuffed and quite happy.
