We are visiting from the US.
We have an air bnb in Arouca, but wanted to stay close to the beach overnight.

There was only 2 towels in the room, no wash cloths, face cloths, ect.
The A.C. froze overnight and the needs we're average.

The room and hotel are outdated and not very clean.
Not worth $200.00 US dollars

A little outdated. Service a little slow but clean rooms and food was not bad. Missing a proper swimming pool though.
This used to be such a bustling hotel frquented by tourists....bring it back.
The front desk staff needs to be more alert.

I have been here on three or more occasions. This is a very nice, relaxing hideaway. The room is basic but very clean, quiet and with some elegance. The buffet breakfast gets better on every visit. The staff is generally friendly and easy going but can sometimes be a bit unprofessional. I always go back because it's just so peaceful and helps me rejuvenate mind, body, and soul. The price is also quite reasonable.

Room tip: Room facing the pool that way you have something to look at generally there are no views.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, however my stay started off bad because my room wasn't ready until 2 hours after check in,and the front desk clerk wasn't really welcoming, an to top it off I was given a room to relax until my room was being prepared however the room was DIRTY.
My room are very comfortable, almost feels like home. Breakfast was simple but very delicious on both mornings, and the breakfast staff are very friendly. I didn't get the name of the girl at the front desk (slim brown skin girl dressed in black) but she was very warm, helpful and friendly.
I stayed for 2 night and I did not regret it because I felt at home...
Would definitely be returning to this hotel☺☺
