This was our third visit to the Ritz she n Grand Cayman. We really never consider any other hotels on the island. The location is perfect and great for walking to nearby restaurants. The beach is pristine and the staff is very attentive.
We saw one of the housekeeping staff, Daisy every morning and she was so wonderful and friendly.
We will definitely be back!

We chose to stay at the Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman based on a recommendation from a family member. We traveled with our two daughters (age 5 and 6.) this was a fabulous week vacation with the impeccable service. A week prior to our stay, the concierge called us to confirm dinner reservations and receive any special requests. Upon arrival, we were greeted by name with rum punch for the adults and cookies for the kids. We chose to stay in the Harbor suite which is on the resort side of the hotel. It was a really great room which was near the resort side pool and a short walk to the ocean tower providing access to the larger pool and beach. Everyone who works there is super friendly. We received a grand tour of the property upon arrival. Some examples of the great service include the fact that there were several attendants at the beach and pool which made it easy to order drinks, snacks, lunch, and really anything else. The resort was a bit crowded when we visited the fist week of July, but that did not impede the quality and personalized service. Because I was celebrating my birthday, I received a welcoming gift and warm wishes through out my stay. We ate at several of the dreary restaurants for dinner which I reviewed separately including Blue, Taikun and Seven. But for breakfast, we visited The Cuboard for breakfast sandwiches. Every restaurant had a kids menu with various options. In all, it was a stunning property with an exceptional beach and unprecedented service. I would highly recommend this resort for families.

What a wonderful vacation. Exceptional service in an amazing setting! Staff and service were excellent. We never had to wait for sporting equipment or for service of any kind. The aqua blue water serves as the backdrop of this wonderful oasis. We did not bring our children but it looks like there was plenty of activities for children.

It's the best property to stay in Cayman Islands. Bang on the Caribbean's seven mile beach, two swimming pools, golf court, basketball court, tennis, game room and plenty of flora and fauna- geckos, birds etc...
There are plenty of activities that come with the room- paddle boarding, snorkeling, sail boats etc. My family enjoyed this every day.
I give five stars and more to the Ritz staff. We made some unusual requests, like requesting them to get mangoes from the nearby store, Indian food- and they delivered!
Especial shout out to
Crystal Marshall: She is the sous chef at the Seven restaurant. She went out of her way to listen to our demands and made sure we were happy. She is the best employee of Ritz Cayman
Karthik- the chef at seven who made our Indian meals possible
Jacob: He works at Seven too.He undoubtedly makes the best chai in the world
Stanley from the sports activities desk- friendly, courteous always smiling.
Adrian from the sports activities center- he is entertaining and full of warmth.
We are leaving tomorrow. If any of you are planning to visit the Grand Cayman- Ritz should be the hotel.

Amazing place to visit, with or without kids. We did not have ours, but will be back and bring them. Beaches are amazing, property is beautiful, and above all, the staff is the friendliest we have encountered in years of traveling. The spa is the nicest I have been to in many years, and all of the bars and places to eat were great.
