Came ashore on a rainy drizzly morning with 4 friends. The atmosphere is that this is a place where the locals hang out. Seating is tight with a nice elevated view of the beach and bay. Breakfast omelet, coffee and beers were ok and reasonably priced.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience in eating here yesterday. It is a very small restaurant - the real, deal as far as supporting a local establishment. My wife, who is cautious with fish, declared this the best mahi-mahi she has had. We were surprised at the culinary flavors and care that came from the little kitchen. I wanted to claim the lady running this as a my tropical auntie for the wonderful food. My wife and I really enjoyed this tiny, local place overlooking the water. Tried to go back but it was closed on Sunday.

Having read the reviews we popped to the sailors rest for lunch. We ordered bruschetta, chicken wings and fish strips. The bruschetta was made from old hamburger rolls with a raw slice of tomatoe and a slice of Kraft square cheese semi melted on the top, it was a soft gooey mess. The chicken wings were deep fried with a spicy sauce poured on top of them which were too tough to eat, the fish strips faired a little better but only just. It was also extortionally expensive $45 for the priveledge of eating awful food for a pretty view. Such a shame

This little nook was perfect for enjoying a drink and a quick bite while deciding on your next move, the quintessential Caribbean restaurant. The staff was super friendly and the food is totally tasty. Can't wait to get back!
