Everytime we visit 1 of the 3 Sandals in Montego Bay it is a requirement that we eat at Tokyo Jo's. Years ago you had to have a reservation to eat there. We went there a couple of weeks ago and there was a 45 minute wait. Even with the long wait nobody; left. For appetizers they give you a sampler of various sushi rolls and a spring roll. You also get a choice of 1 of 2 soups. Then for the main course you go up to where two chefs cook your meal in front of you. You pick out the diced vegetables you want to eat and put them on a plate. You then give them to the chef who adds your choice of chicken, beef, pork and shrimp (I always take 3 of the 4). He then cooks it all together in a Wok over an open flame that (under his control) sometimes flairs up 10 feet in the air. They add the spices that you want and then give you a choice of fried or white rice. The result is scrumptous.
