The resort is extremely clean, staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food is fantastic. I wish there were more gluten free options but there is so much else to choose from that made up for that! This was perfect for a no worry, totally organized vacation. More

We went to Club Med Punta Cana to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary with all of our families in a group of 16 total people. Tiara lounge and area were perfect for providing a more personal space where we could all meet up, yet also get space when necessary. The main buffet provided something for everyone and the Lounge gave snacks and alternative lunches. There were plenty of activities for all ages. Cristel, and her fabulous crew in the Lounge made our trip fun, friendly and personal!

I haven't words to express how grateful I am because we chose Club Med Punta Cana to celebrate 3 birthdays and a 50 year anniversary with my family. Tulio made everything that was possible to make us happy all the time! He is the best and we were so blessed to have him taking care of us. The hotel is excellent, Sender and Banana, who were responsible for the teen’s club, were my kids absolute heroes, with all their love and patience, always creating the perfect time for fun. At the beach bar, we’d like to thank Juan S and Pedro, who made our mornings perfect! Samarun received us with a big smile and a welcome in Portuguese! Giulia is the star of Tiara team, she is kind, sweet and very efficient! Juan Pablo, at Indigo, thank you for everything! All the staff is amazing. They are always happy, kind and competent. We had the best week and we can't say thank you enough! Allez Punta Cana!

Wow. I went to a Club Med 30 years ago and that one has closed down since. I formed an opinion. Fast forward to now with my preconceived ideas of what a Club Med was. Punta Cana was anything but… Conveniently located about 10-15 minutes from the airport yet you don’t hear the planes.
We stepped out of the cab and was immediately greeted by Guillaume and Morgane. We were led through to the main reception and I was immediately distracted way off in the distance- a color of blue I have never seen before in all of my travels.
We stayed nearly a week through Thanksgiving, and man, was that a celebration.
Everything was beyond exceptional. Every person in their respected field- chef, masseuse, bartender, housekeeping- was exquisite in their own field. They all go out of their way to make sure your experience is incomparable.
What truly is Herculean is all of the preparation that takes place every day-the energy, the shows, food, activities- it is truly seamless. They all are on the same team to deliver the same goal- service, smiles, and memories to last a lifetime.
