I had the opportunity to visit the guesthouse, and stay for about 2 weeks. It's a very welcoming place. Mrs. Decima attention is outstandinf and very kind. The rooms spacious, and very comfortable. And above all, the price-economy relationship. It's undoubtedly the best in that side of the Dominica Island.

The rooms are quite basic, beds are comfortable, ok bathroom and good supply of hot water in the shower. Very quiet air con, a big plus. There is a shared kitchen for teh guests, nice to be able to cook your own meals, but the kitchen lacks organization, regular cleaning and is very sparesly equipped - but it functions. If you like socializing with other budget travellers this place is good for a couple of nights. Just don't expect to much luxury. The guesthouse has a jetty from which you can jump in the sea, the ladder out of the water requiers some Fitness and flexibility, and could easily bin improved with two extra steps.

Room Tip: Choose a room facing the sea.

Stayed 3 nights at USD $55 a night plus VAT. Share taxi from airport USD $30 and took just over an hour. Guesthouse is basic but has great views from the upstairs balcony which also has a very comfortable couch and communal open kitchen area. Perhaps a 15 minute walk into Roseau along a very active but safe street or EC $2 in the mini bus. Wifi worked well at all times including in the upstairs room. Room was basic but functional. Aircon, comfortable enough bed and on the top floor facing the ocean also the very nice sound on the water breaking onshore. Water sometimes hot sometimes not but not a real issue give the warm weather. Location handy for both Roseau (one way) and Champagne Beach (the other way). Don't miss Scotts Head a little further south. Definitely not 5 star but the kind of place you could hang out doing not very much for a while. Owners around when needed and very helpful. They also do meals. Small basic pool on lower level but just as easy to roll off the jetty into the ocean (climb back up on the right hand side using the ladder on the steel plank). Don't forget you need to psychically pay an airport departure tax (USD $22 or ECD equivalent) at the airport and there is no ATM there

This hotel had incredibly helpful staff that were accessible and accommodating to answer questions and arrange tours. The rooms were spacious, nothing special, but exactly what we needed. They had a pier on the lowest level that you could jump right into the ocean on. There was a pool and a deck to lay out on. The deck could use some updating and there is a great bar spot on this level but it was not open, it could be a great hangout though and is maybe open more during high travel times. The location was not ideal for going into Roseau, but was very close to Champagne Reef and Scott's Head

Room Tip: Ocean side

I stayed at Sea World Guest House on 4 separate occasions, the accommodations are simple. I thought on the 4 separate occasions showers could be cleaner. These are simple and basic accommodations close to Roseau, 15 min walk to town or you can catch a bus to town right outside the doors just flag one down.
