I thought the food was pretty decent, but I love cheap, greasy Chinese food (my Mom did find lighter, tasty shrimp dishes, though!). My family went here 3 or 4 times, usually hitting it up every time we were back in Roseau. Since it was off season, we couldn't really ever find anything else open. Even if something else had been, I have a feeling we would have just kept coming back anyway. Yeah sure, they never seemed terribly excited to see us, and the meat had a lot of bones, but every other place we seemed to eat at had equally boney food. I struggled to really find fish fillets, and never got any boneless chicken anywhere on the island.
A young lady served us each time, and she was super sweet each time. They moved the chairs around once they noticed we liked sitting outside, so that we could all fit at one table. Makes for good people watching on the street below.
A few times we just came in for beer to take back to our hotel. They didn't mind. We also stopped in for takeaway, this was much faster than sitting down to order.
So, not the best food I've ever had, but as non picky eaters, we stilled gorged each time and loved it. I wouldn't go there on a date, but for beer and cheap food, yes please. You do have to keep getting up to request your next round of drinks. We didn't mind.
Side note: I read this review back to my brother, who says he thought the food was amazing, so there you have it.
