We attended this venue for an early lunch, and were immediately greeted by Rayco?, an enthusiastic waiter who seemed quite courteous. (Never judge a book by its cover)
Our waiter wasted no time in briefing us on his thoughts on what we should have. Mixed grill was the most expensive item on the menu, but sounded good. (Never be hasty to jump to conclusions). Rayco became quite pushy, and essentially ordered for us, speaking more than listening.
I ordered a sparkling water , and instead got a still water. This was not a huge problem for me, but our waiter became angry when I asked for sparkling water instead. (I payed for the still water as well). Our friendly waiter became unfriendly, and rude from this point on.
Now for the food; in short, it was well flavoured and was likely excellent the day before it was served.
We would not return to this place , and would recommend any of the amazing smaller establishments in the area.
Rayco would likely be better employed as a gardener, or in any field that he did not have to deal with people.
At the end of the encounter, Rayco reminded me duly, that service was not included in the price. I duly provided a 2CUC tip in recognition of the service provided.
