This is a nice area to chill, wind surf, bath in the water with a glass. Quit, warn and crystal clear water. A bit crowded. Few bars on the beach, some busier then others. Place for setting up your own picnic.

The fish nuggets were yummy. Very busy place with buses bringing in customers from the cruise ships. Beautiful setting. Dont count on being able to find vacant lounge chairs unless you go later in the afternoon.

We love going to Lac Bay several times during our Bonaire vacations. There's something for adults & kids, where everyone can relax and do their own thing. The bay is warm & shallow, and you can walk forever in the water and it never gets deep. We love spending our day at Jibe City for the great food, drinks, and friendly servers.

This place was recommended by crew members and we came for a few hours. It has shallow beach and also because of the location and winds there were many people windsurfing. There is a bar with free wi-fi and beach chairs available for rental. Chairs are $10. Transportation from cruise terminal is $20 for up to 4 people, $5 any extra passenger. We had a great time and will do it again if we cruise to Bonaire...

Not too crowded when we were there, but there is plenty of activity. Nearby bar/restaurant and wind surfing for the adventurous. You can wade some distance into the ocean at knee/waist level. Clean and nice sandy beach.
