Much better than I expected because of previous comments Seen before. Clean rooms and modern furniture made quite a difference . I occupied a one bedroom unit ,there was a king size bed very comfortable with a television and a fan if the AC was not needed

The beach and sea aspects of this resort were great. The beach bar and restaurant were also good. These were the positive aspects of our stay. However they were manay negatives:1.WiFi in our room and beach area did not work for the entire week.2. The response to maintenance issues were poor. 3. House keeping was below standard as they arrived very late (after 5PM) in the evening on three days and id not show on one day.4. The room were desinated as "NON-SMOKING" however, guest next to and below us onstantly somed on there balconies.

We honeymooned at this hotel 6 years ago and I had the pleasure of returning to celebrate my twin babies baptism this month.
We rented a conference room to host the party. The room was well air conditioned by a small pool and had excellent washroom facilities inside so no having to leave room at all for anything. They staff were very helpful and pleasant. The refreshments included in the package were not excellent value for money but were very tasty and plentiful.
We stayed in a room on the ground floor with the twins easy for me to negotiate pathways with large stroller. The room was divided into 3 separate areas 1. living /kitchen with nice appliances and breakfast bar there was also a patio looking out on to the garden. 2. Large bedroom with comfortable bed and options of A/C and fan.. 3. Nice bathroom with toiletries. This allowed me to relax. WIFI to the room and lobby areas was strong but they are upgrading the system hence a few hiccups but good enough in the room to watch a movie and to go on Facebook in car park area. My husband was so impressed that he wants to host the twins 1st birthday party here next year!

Room Tip: ground floor nice with giant twin stroller

We booked our stay during Cropover season so we expected to not check-in early, since, we arrived at 3. They informed us that check-in is at 4 p.m., but we stayed in the lobby waiting for our room to be prepared for 30 mins.

We booked a garden view, but in actuality it was a parking lot view and some bushes.

The wifi is in and out!

The "clean towels " had stains on them.

Out of the all the resorts visited, this was the worst.

Staff was friendly though.
