Go with the Parmesan Encrusted Barracuda!! It's a popular choice because it's amazing! I recommend calling ahead of time and making reservations to get a view of the ocean.

My husband and I weren't able to because we called late, but they were still able to find us a spot when we got to the restaurant. It's so worth having dinner with a view of the Barbados sunset. It's definitely romantic and just a lovely sight!

The food is amazing, the service is top notch and exactly what you'd expect from a top restaurant!

I'm glad that we went here on our last night. There are definitely a lot of other nice looking places along the shore as well, and I'm sad we weren't able to check those out since we were in town to visit family, but I'm glad that we had a date night at Champers!

After reading so many rave reviews we were very much looking forward to our evening at Champers. While the patio is lovely, we were seated in an area that was off to the side of the main area, and although there were several empty tables in the main area, we were refused a table there and told if we wanted to sit on the other side we would need to be finished by a certain time. (We were well dressed and presentable so that wasn't an issue). The food was mediocre at best; both of our dishes had the same sides: mashed potatoes and tasteless boiled vegetables. The service was OK though nothing superior to anywhere else we visited in Barbados. Overall it was very disappointing; overpriced and overrated, and full of attitude. Incidentally, the tables we were refused remained empty throughout our meal.......

My wife and I went to champers a couple of weeks ago and got an amazing table on the rail. We were early as planned a drink in their bar, however they dont really have a bar so they found us a table early. Harold our waiter was superb! The portion sizes are huge compared to what you get in England, the cost was caparable to an up market gastro pub in England so Champers is great value for money too!
