So after days of over indulgence in Barbados (oh how we loved the fried and fattening foods), we decided to hit up the smoothie bar for a healthier and more nutritious breakfast. I ordered a Strawberry and Mango Smoothie Bowl 😍. It was more than delicious, it was delightful... The topping were lovely, I had coconut flakes, Chia Seeds, pumpkin seeds, dates and strawberry on mine. The combination was delicatable and it looked amazing in the bowl. If your looking for a filling and healthier option on St. Lawrence Gap, I'd definitely recommend here.

We stayed for two weeks at the Gap and had a fruit bowl and juice everyday. Amazing selection of fruits, nuts and seeds. The owner even chucks in a free banana sometimes and is a lovely lady.

Now known as the Juice Bar we have been converted to smoothies for breakfast by the lovely Michelle. Really refreshing, tasty and good for you. Definitely a winner. Thanks for the recipes Michelle, have bought my Ninja and had smoothie bowls most days since returning to the UK. Tricia and Dave

Having tried many smoothies across the island, we found this little gem to be the very best! Unlike the other smoothies, these were made soley of fruit and were delicious and very filling. Our favourite was berry brust and was very refreshing- the lady was also very friendly and told us about life on the island after she moved there from England.
