We stumbled upon this little gem on our way from the Museum into Bridgetown. It doesn't look much from the outside, and they'd run out of tabouleh and fatoosh - not a great start. I choose the chicken kofta wrap and my wife had the falafel wrap. They were both absolutely delicious - much better than our expectations. We even had a short lesson on how to eat it! Friendly service, freshly cooked food, and a helpful guide on how to use the buses in Barbados! But it was boiling outside and we were gasping for cool air. We'd have chosen any place that offered air conditioning. Also, there is a loo outside but ask for the key.

Thanks for the review! We actually do offer AC on the inside of the restaurant but because of our open plan, it won’t be as strong like in an enclosed space.

Great location for those staying in nearby Hilton or Radisson... only a short walk. It is only open a few hours so really only suitable for lunch. With 2 teens in tow we thought we'd eat there but upon realising it isn't really suitable for a sit down meal and was extremely hot (no air conditioning).. we opted for take out. Ordered 3 lamb wraps as it was the only thing on the menu that was halal... and some falafel and hummus... came to $54 US (just over £40). Expensive... but reasonable by Barbados standards... wraps were fairly small... kids complained they were still a little hungry... I thought it was just enough! Was nice it was freshly made...wait was about 20 mins... but taste was mediocre. Nothing to write home about. However if you fancy a walk... and a change... would recommend you give it a go... and I agree with others... hummus was lovely!

Thanks for taking the time out to review us. I would like to address some errors in your review. The first one, Sahara is fully air conditioned- it’s set to a temperature that’s comfortable for most of our guests. Most importantly, you’re pricing is also wrong. Each lamb wrap is 19.75BBD (less than 10USD)- therefore, your total of 3 would have been 58.25BBD (which is less than 30US or £22). That’s a lot less than you’ve stated. Also, as we are not a Halal establishment, we do offer some options such as the lamb and kafta platters and wraps as well as our numberous vegetarian options. We wish you’d let us know that the taste was “mediocre” so we could have investigated and sorted the problem out for you. We design our wraps and build them so that each ingredient complements the overall flavour profile we’re known for- your options may have impacted this.
