Best place on the Island for your money. Best staff, especially at the Beach. Have been there 8 times now and have never been disappointed.

Service was horrible. We were yelled at by management, ignored by a server, bartender rolled her eyes at us, and a server didn’t take my allergy seriously at all. We went for a girl trip, but majority of the time were disappointed and felt like we waisted our money. We never got new towels to shower and would have to call 4 times for them to bring them up. Overall, we were so excited for this trip but it was made horrible due to service.

We love Barcelo. We have been here many times. One of our favorite things to do is to sit in the hotel lobby lounge area for some cocktails and live music. The wait staff are extraordinary and really make you feel special. Ask for Daliana next time you are there. She is great!

Daliana at the lounge bar was fantastic. She was always very sweet and accommodating with our orders. She provided great suggestions for drinks and brought them to us really fast. And she gave our underage children soda, water and virgins daiquiris when they asked.

If you’re planning to go to Aruba for vacation, don’t think twice! Barceló Aruba did not disappoint as we booked our very first trip to Aruba and stayed here. The entire process from booking this all inclusive resort was easy and made for an excellent vacation. Accommodations were exactly what we needed and the suite was clean and the amenities that were part of the room service were greatly appreciated.
