“Interesting but pricy”
Review of The Butterfly Farm

We enjoyed the Butterfly Farm. The tour was interesting, but a bit too long for the children in the group. The area is small, but beautifully landscaped with lovely plants and ponds. We thought it was a bit pricy for the short time we were there.

There are lots of different butterflies, and it's really cool to walk with them flying about. However, the attraction is overpriced (you can go as many times as you want with one admission, but there's no reason to go twice) and kind of small. Probably fun with kids, not worth your time if it's limited.

We visited the Butterfly Farm multiple times on our last visit to Aruba, and it was a must-see for our trip this year. Spending time there is a beautiful experience in every way, whether the time is spent watching, taking pictures, sitting quietly or talking with staff and other visitors. The butterflies and plants are gorgeous. The owners and staff are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly. Highly recommended.

Great tour...guide was very knowledgeable and the tour was interesting. Great picture opportunity! The gift shop wasn't too bad unless you're buying the children's shirts. Bought shirts for my 2 granddaughters (2 and 4) and they were $18 a piece...my wife looks at me and says "But I promised them butterfly shirts"...I'm always so happy when she promises people something with "my" money...

TIP: Go early in your trip because you can keep coming back as much as you want your entire trip and not need to pay again.
