Let me start with the positive. The food was really wonderful and the service was great. The views at sunset are really nice but the location leaves a little to be desired. It's located in the back of an abandoned building and a pot hole filled parking lot near the airport. Being near the airport is actually pretty cool - watching jets land at sunset with surprisingly little nosie was very entertaining. However it's right next to a beach shack that's a little sketchy. Lots of kids and dogs running around in the water in front of the beach side tables. A few stray dogs had to be shooed away and I actually saw a rather large rodent scurry under the boardwalk. I would come back in a minute, but I would opt for a table in the beautifully appointed restaurant or on the deck away from the dogs and other critters. The beachside "toes in the sand " atmosphere really doesn't add anything here. That being said, the interior is beautiful and again the food is amazing. I'd recommend it, but stay on the deck or in the restaurant. Same view, no problems. They have something special here, but it's not perfect - yet.
