We had a LOT of fun on the Jolly Pirates cruise. We went snorkeling in three locations. The first was the wreck of the Antilla, a German vessel that sank during WWII-very cool. The sea was choppy there that day, so it was a little rough, even though we are decent swimmers. The Malmok area was our third and final stop and perhaps the best snorkeling experience of our tour. This is also where we 'walked the plank' and got to use the rope swing- which was a ton of fun! Javier, Jose, Eduardo and the rest of the crew were very friendly and a LOT of fun - always joking around. Lunch wasn't bad. Overall, the trip was a pretty decent value. My youngest (12 years old) has sensory issues and didn't have much fun, but my 17 and 20 year old kids loved it. It was also nice to spend some time under sail as opposed to motoring around. We were told to take the morning cruise as the afternoon cruises tend to be a bit rowdier. DO make sure you bring (and use) plenty of sunscreen. We failed to re-apply often enough and a few of us paid the price.
