My wife and I stayed here with our 2 year old daughter on a last minute work trip I had to take. We stayed in the self contained annexe and it was simply perfect for a small family. The location sells the venue with fabulous views down to the River and the gentle chugging and whistling of the steam train as it goes past. The accommodation is excellent with all the amenities you need plus sky movies. We enjoyed a lovely glass of wine on the sun terrace. The Dart Valley trail runs past the door and is great walking and there is a fab pub just down in the village. Hosts were lovely and nothing seemed a bother. Only question is when we're going back

My husband and I stayed here for one night for our birthdays April 23rd and we were delighted with the barn and its position.

The owners were lovely and friendly, the barn was picturesque and the view was breathtaking. We were sad to only stay the one night.

The breakfast in the morning was very nice, lots of choice and ranged from fresh fruit and yogurt to cereal and a cooked brekkie. We sadly didn't get chance to try the hot tub but maybe next time.

It's hard to know what to add about this gorgeous and beautifully-located B&B that hasn't been said by other reviewers; they are all spot on. Charlie is a delightful host who makes a wonderful breakfast from mostly local ingredients and who also happily explains the history of his many fascinating antiques with great passion.

Greenway Barn is a delight. Go.

We had a lovely stay at Greenway and we looked after wonderfully. Bedroom was brilliant, great en-suite, amazing breakfast - felt so comfortable and at home straight away. Absolutely no complaints or anything to improve. We'll be back for sure!
