Popped in for a drink and what a welcome. Great service and cheery staff. Lovely to outside and watch the world saunter by - must return for an overnight stay !!! Speaking to some of the guests they could not have spoken more highly of the accomodation and the food.

We stayed at this place for 2 nights and what a wonderful experience it was. There was nothing to fault and the best was the staff prompt service. The reception staff went out of their way to offer us the best especially for our 2 year old. It was a wonderful experience and the breakfast was lovely.

Thank you guys, we will see you soon.

Staff extremely accommodating (even prepared rooms in the order we asked); well-equipped bedrooms; characterful bars; great breakfasts. Not really fair to compare it with a purpose-built modern hotel (eg hotel reception rather cramped). But it struck exactly the right note for our daughter and son-in-law for their wedding base, with a good bridal suite; and guests loved it.

I had a deluxe double room which was really lovely, very comfy bed, excellent decor the bathroom had a walk in shower which suited me perfectly. Kettle for tea and a coffee machine with all the coffe pods and tea bags provided. A safe provided at no extra charge. The hotel was very well placed for visiting Kew Gardens, or a boat trip from Kew pier to Hampton Court, it was quite a long tube ride to central London and not a direct line but still well worth the effort.
