“Ideal location, with excellent facilities”
Case Roseira is ideally located for the beach, airport and local shopping. It is set in a quiet, residential area. First impressions were that the property was a little dated however, it is clear that the owners are in the process of refurbishing and this is being done very effectively. The new bedroom upstairs is a delight and has a lovely roof terrace overlooking the pool. The property is very well equipped and there has been a lot of thought put in to the needs of guests. The management team of Robin and Marji were friendly, helpful and clearly have a high standard of cleanliness. We would have no hesitation in returning again in the future.

We are delighted you enjoyed your stay in our villa, as you commented, we are always in the process of updating, airconditioning was last summers project plus the new ensuite bedroom. This summer we are installing double glazing to all the other rooms, as the new bedroom already has it, and we are also updating the kitchen. 1 review “Excellent would recommend for family, pool & high speed internet”
We stayed for 1 week, April 9th - 16th, weather was okay 1 rainy day, the villa was perfect & plenty of room for 5 of us, actually we never even used the upstairs bedroom with balcony over looking the pool. Kids spent most of the time in the pool, the €50 charge for heating the pool was definitely worth it, April can be cool around 17º - 22º. The area is nice & quite the way we like it, even the pool area cannot be seen from surrounding properties. Plenty of DVD movies to choose from & fast internet. Would recommend a Sat Nav, purchased a Tom Tom for the trip, 1/2hr from Faro, very easy to go anywhere with the Sat Nav just type in destination, have to say essential. We had a great time & will go back again if we decide to to Portugal.

Many thanks for your very positive review,I am delighted you has such a good holiday , we try hard to maintain our villa to high standards, as you mentioned we are always improving it.This summer 2012 we are updating the kitchen, this may have been the rustic look, and we will be installing PVC double glazed windows,these are already on order, this will eliminate noise from any dogs,which is occasional. The upstairs bedroom already has double glazing which is very effective.

Many thanks for such a positive review, we are delighted you enjoyed your holiday in our villa as we try to maintain it to the standard we would like ourselves. We too love the Eastern Algarve, and the villa is well sited for exploration and also visiting Spain. We continue to make improvements, this year it is double glazing to all the windows and doors which will make winter bookings very comfortable indeed.
