2. Ground floor rooms were allotted to us. The rooms are adjoining to a very very small dining area, staff rooms and kitchens. Its all packed and jammed. The people started yelling and shouting from 6 am.Staff room doors were banged loudly as if our rooms were being banged.
3. Complimentary breakfast only included cold, thinnest size of puri with sabji. Tea/coffee and even water is to be purchased and not provided with room (Expected with the price they charge with the room).
4. Untrained employees, mostly kids (seems around 14-15 years old), which was even more pathetic. However, kids tried their best to satisfy guests but they were hardly allowed to do anything.
